I came to this mcdonald’s the other night. The man working, i believe he’s a manager and his name I belive is Justin (skinny, orange/ red curly short hair), was extremely rude to the other employee. She was unsure of something and he was yelling at her and being very unprofessional and rude. I have never been so saddened and disappointed in the staff at mcdonald’s than I am after this incident with him. Double check your drink size when receiving. Ordered a large coffee but got a medium. Told cashier but didn’t correct error. Slip cleared said large coffee. Cashier needs to be coached on service. I work at Sam’s Club but my expectation must be to high.
The workers are hardworking and sweet, the food is delicious, the girls are pretty, and most importantly they always seem to have ice cream for me.
