Fine McDonald’s attached to a gas station - but know there it NOT a PlayPlace here, despite it being listed as a McD’s with one on the actual McD website.
It’s interesting because their burgers and sandwiches always taste really good, but they can’t seem to get the fries right…and that’s what McDonald’s is known for. They’re always really undercooked and soggy and it doesn’t matter what time of day I go. Today I went at the 11 AM so lunch was just getting started, but my fries were still soggy and limp. Frequently allows app ordering of items they don’t have and will not substitute for like items or provide a clear means to obtain a refund. Edited to add that I had already reported the issue to McD before the useless comment below. I was denied the refund at time of interaction and told to await an automatic refund, in reply to the online report filed I was told to return to the store to present a physical card for refund.
