Just another reminder to not eat McDonalds. Why can’t the staff in the window understand what it means when you ask for ketchup. It’s as simple as putting it in the bag
I recently visited the McDonald’s Lynn Valley branch and had a very disappointing experience. I found a hair in my food, which shows poor hygiene. The environment and staff attire also seemed unclean. What’s worse, after reading previous reviews, I saw that this location has had similar complaints before, yet no corrective action was taken. I sincerely hope management prioritizes these hygiene issues to ensure a clean and safe dining experience for everyone.
I had the worst experience with them, they missed 2 out of 3 items in the combo and when the time came to own up to their mistake on call they behaved extremely rude. It was an Asian lady who spoke to me and she was extremely rude and offensive, didn't own up to her mistake and left me on hold. Don't ever order from here, they are the worst when it comes to customer service. They will definitely mess up your order everytime!! 0/5!!!
A bit small inside, manage to sit but almost full
Terrible service. Waited 25 minutes for my order. Clearly understaffed.
