Unfortunately, the branch near my home has very rude staff working at the drive-thru. Their behavior toward customers is not respectful and makes the experience unpleasant.
Attempted to order food in drive-thru at 12:10am. Asked if they served the OVO meal and was told to "shut up" by the worker at the drive through, then was told that my order would not be taken. I tried to order in the lobby (which was open at that hour) and was scolded by another employee while trying to order on the touch screen. I was told that I had been "mean" to the drive-thru worker and was not provided further explanation.
