I ordered food from McDonald's app. My food was never delivered. I payed roughly 100 dollars for a family of 7. I called McDonald's and a female answered with the worst attitude in the world. So embarrassed and discussed with toxic attitude management has in this location. If that's what McDonald's considers manager? Worse place to eat in Texas! I asked what ever happened to my order? She said ' I don't know '.Great Job management!
If you want to make a bad day even worse for yourself go here. I was just trying to get breakfast this morning I’ve been sick all week but I have to work which is fine. I just wanted something to eat at least. But instead I was berated endlessly by the employees by trying to correct the meal they made wrong. I ordered the $5 sausage McGriddle meal but they didn’t even include the burrito and my drink size was wrong. They tried gaslighting me when I could easily pull up the app to show them it was wrong. This is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever went to in my life. Absolutely worst service and horrible stale food. Do not eat here. I do not recommend. This place needs new management!
