I visit McDonald's once every couple weeks or so and I usually do it near my house in Citrus Heights it's always about a three-star service the food is always good but the customer service isn't always the best. Today I visited the lake in McDonald's for the first time and was very impressed. Particularly with one employee named Jacob I was very courteous very friendly inmate my entire visit absolutely amazing I would definitely recommend this McDonald's for Top Notch service and good food
Re-rating for rectification. Food was hot, staff was pleasant. Good experience. 3 star because the staff let in a non-service dog and allowed the dog sit on the seat of the booth. Repulsive. They prioritize Drive-Thru over people inside. Took 25 minutes to get our two burgers. Will definitely be going to the location down the street instead of here. Friendly workers, irresponsible management.
My visit took place on September 12th. Maria was absolutely phenomenal and made my day better
