I can walk to this McDonald's from my house -- for the last 20 years, it's variously served as an (almost) weekday source of coffee during my morning commute (or milkshake if the machine was fired up early enough) and thousands of Chicken Nuggets for myself and my kids. That ended this month. The service is miserable and the staff is rude these days. My first bad experience here started in August. The standards at this location are an absolute embarrassment. The staff clearly have no motivation, no pride, and no respect for the customers or the brand they represent. Watching how things were handled made it obvious there’s zero attention to quality or cleanliness. It’s honestly concerning how little care goes into the service and overall environment here. I ordered an online order for outside pickup but somehow when I got there, it went to counter pickup. I didn't know so I went to the drive thru line and now stuck there. Fortunately, they were able to get my order. Not sure what happened here. The place was busy so I had to wait in the drive thru for a long time. Many cars ahead of me had to go park most likely their food was not done. I don't think the store is too efficient to handle the morning rush.
