Messed up our complete food order, and phone doesn’t work.
Horrible service on multiple occasions
I’m very disappointed with the lady working the second window at 12 o’clock on wed may 6th. I ordered a dirty Dr Pepper and I know the reason why they don’t recommend straws however I still use the straw anyways. When I asked for a straw I had to argue with the lady and she gave me SUCH attitude. Fix your employees, all this over a STRAW.
Good services
The server at the windows seemed to be distracted and had missed items from our order. He did make it right but seemed frustrated when we pointed out at the end that we still needed straws for our drinks
