Worst McDonald's ever. Horrendous customer service. They forgot half my order and then gave me attitude when I came around to get my missing items. It was nuggets and a large Fry that was missing. They gave me just nuggets and then when I said what about the fries, I got more attitude. The New Renovation didn't need to happen to the building. It needed to happen to the employees.
Very disappointing since they have reopened after the remodeling my order was incomplete. Didn't know until I got home had to go back to pick up the rest of my order. The food was trashed . The drinks were watered down the chicken was terrible ,, It was so tough you couldn't bite into it. I was not going back again to get my money back. I took my loss will stay away from Mount Airy McDonald's. There was no staff to be seen at the counter when the ladies did come to the front rude and acted as if they didnt want to be bothere... read more
Pretty decent. The parking lot is nice, the bathrooms were clean. Food was hot
