Drive thru service is ridiculously slow.
Waited 20+ min for an order at the curbside pick up and watched 10+ people work their way through the drive thru (from entering the parking lot to then waiting for their orders after paying and eventually receiving their orders). I tried to go through the drive thru to figure out what happened to my order, but by then, unlike the empty drive thru when I arrived, the drive thru was backed up and at a standstill. First they make us wait forever in line for our food then we get the food and it’s totally wrong nothing on our order was right and didn’t get any fries. Worst McDonald’s ever
