Worst service ever. Food took a long time to come out, and the staff completely ignored us when we asked for our drink cups TWICE. Finally the woman beside us had to raise her voice to get their attention. They were just being unprofessional and nasty.
This is the atmosphere where you see the hard workers working and the lazy chatter box ppl standing around doing nothing while you wait for your food. The place where you will find a piece of a literal roach in your drink cup from the ice machine. The place where you question why your frapee tastes weird and wonder the last time they cleaned the machine. I have been to many locations over the years and this by far is the most poorly managed and maintained locations. Corporate might as well just clean house and start all over... read more
