When you walk up to the counter it takes a long time to get any help. When you do get help it often feels as if you're bothering them. The food is also way below what you would expect. And it's McDonald's! I used to like McDonald's. Now I avoid it.
This is the worst mcdonalds in the area. Few weeks ago had to wait 20 minutes in line also, had 3 different people ask me about my order what I was supposed to get, they handed me a medium coke, no biggie I had ordered a large. Told them no big deal. Was asked again about what I ordered. I was so frustrated at this point. I have patience I have worked in food service but just crazy the lack of communication. Super rude employees that don't pay attention and frequently mess up orders. Missing 20 nuggets from my mobile order, so had to run inside and without a word, just thrust the nuggest at me, no sorry or anything. Terrible management.
Messed up literally everything in both our orders. We usually don't go to this location, and definitely will not be back. All other McDonald's have gotten their act together, why can't this one?
