This place has gone down hill. I stood in the lobby, 2nd in line for 10 minutes. Three employees walked past us before a manager finally walked by and said the front door was supposed to be locked because they are short staffed. We were only getting a couple drinks but the machines were out of syrup and no one seemed to care to help us. Just ridiculous!
This location consistently hires non English speaking employees. Once again, I tried ordering through the drive-thru only to not to be able to understand the person taking the otder.
