Today I went through a McDonald’s drive-through to order some food for my family. The gentleman that took the order was friendly and got the order correct however, after that, I had a horrible service. Once I got to the window to get my food, they pulled me forward. When I asked about how long it would take the lady at the window, rolled her eyes and said I don’t know. Open 24 hours is not true. They in there, but they aint taking your order.
The foods fine, my issues is getting home and my order is wrong. I didn’t think I needed to check the bag for a 5 item order, this has been multiple times unfortunately.
