Since McDs went with kiosks they went downhill fast. Just try to get someone to come to the counter so that you can ask them for the ketchup or dips you ordered but didnt receive. They're all way behind the walls in the now hidden kitchen. The Kiosk takes 3 times longer to order than F2F ever did. And it tskes more than three times longer to get your order. And forget about ordering the sides, like ketchup or dips, because you're not getting them and the "server" is way behind the now-hidden kitchen area before you can open ... read more
