I ordered a smoothie and was told the machine was down immediately I said “No it’s not”, as a joke and then she gives me my total and tells me go ahead and pull forward ? I ended up getting my smoothie but no reason to lie saying the machine was down.
Very disorganized and apparently understaffed according to an employee who told me unprompted that there weren't enough people and that "it was his fault". Staff was nice and tried to correct my families order but it was wrong both times.
