The McDonalds in Ambler is deplorable it should be shut down and brought to the health care authorities
The employees are nice...but getting your food is soooooo slow...this is the only convenient drive thru on my way to work...but I am about ready to just stop....they mess up orders fairly freg. Unsweetened tea becomes sweeten tea.....an egg Mcmuffin becomes a sausage egg cheese biscuit and....the wait time is horrible.....on more then one occasion it has taken more then 13 mins (yeah...I'm anal...) to get thru the drive thru...one time is was 18 mins....come on guys....get your act together!!! please...:-)
heard bad reviews about this location, but ive never had a problem there..food comes out quick, bacon is crisp( which is hard to find in fast food chains) service good. no complaints here bob stevens edit..ive only used the drivethru there though
I've never had a good experience here. This location is so extremely convenient and has a lot of potential, being right near the train station, and on a main road right in and out of town.. The employees are generally unpleasant and my service has never been very fast. I made a formal complaint once but had no response. So much potential.
Not sure why the reviews are so miserable, its McDonald's people! The decor is extremely bare and sparse though. No prob with food and service
