I have to write another review. Did a curb side for a large frie. Waited 13 mins, no cars in drive thru, very few people inside, I was the only person in curb side. Decided to go get it myself inside, staff is joking and giggling. Got the fries, manager said, "OH, their app system is messed up." Like really, people are looking at me from drive thru, they saw me walking in, I've been sitting there for a bit, even saw 5 cars from drive thru pass me. This location is usually very good. The staff is friendly, and service is generally fast and efficient. However, I've had two frustrating issues with mobile ordering in the last six months. The first time, the store was closed in the middle of the day with no signs posted, yet mobile ordering was still active. The second time, after I had already placed a mobile order and arrived in the drive-thru, I was told they were having issues with the online ordering system. McDonald's service from employees is terrible and the food is terrible anymore for the price you pay at McDonald's anymore you could go to Texas Roadhouse.
Worst McDonald’s in the area. Extremely slow drive thru and very rude. Paid $5 for a large fry and they give you the same amount as a small. Asked Cashier and he said that’s what they do….. wouldn’t make it right! Go to a different one if you have an option
