When I say they mess up almost every order, it’s insane!! They literally messed up a medium coffee! And the order before that about a week ago. Seriously.. I don’t get why they mess up so many orders because they’re the ones that have to remake it.
All of the employees here were so nice and accommodating! I really appreciate their positive and friendly attitude
I am so tired of what customer service has become since Covid nowhere is ever opened past 9:00 and all the workers think they don’t have to work for some stupid reason. I order for 5 people, pay $36, and I’m missing $20 worth of food. I don’t get any fries and I’m missing an entire Big Mac and that Big Mac doesn’t even have the ingredients I ordered on it. This doesn’t really matter but I wanted to add it on anyway cause I’m angry, they couldn’t even pronounce “Ian” correctly.
