I frequent this restaurant a lot and the many times Indo come its always pleasant with friendly staff, however tonight was not the case. The worker who gave us our order was pleasant but was very forgetful, she forgot to give us our fries. And when I came in with my order with the two bags she denied saying she ever gave us the fries, in fact the manager didnt take another workers suggestion and assumed we ate it all, in a matter of what like 2 minutes after leaving the drive thru? The place is amazing. It is our family’s go-to fast-food place when we're out of food. They always have swift service and it is good for both dine-in and take-out.
McMuffin does not disappoint!
Went to the drive thru. Waited at least 10 minutes in line to place my order. I ordered a McDouble, small fries and a coke. I was told they didn't have any coke. If I hadn't waited so long in the drive thru. I would've gone somewhere else. I guess they don't park the cars at this McDonald's when people's orders aren't ready! They make everyone wait! Unacceptable to have to wait so long!
