Ordered curbside at 1:02 PM on Sunday and ended up waiting 25 minutes with nobody bringing my food out. I finally went inside, waited another 5 minutes, and was told my order had just been sitting there because they were waiting for someone to handle curbside and nobody ever took it out. By the time I got it, the fries and sandwich were cold and the Diet Coke was flat. I also ended up being late to an event because of the delay.
