I tried originally using the kiosk. The kiosk wasn't working so I asked if I could use the cash register so they can order for me. I frequent the grandbend location almost daily. I enjoy my ice coffee. Unfortunately this week I have not , as I usually purchase on my way to work. 3 times this week my order for ice coffee has been wrong. Medium ice coffee substitute milk No liquid sugar . I have 7 years experience in working in customer service as a tim hortons employee , so I understand mistakes happen. But 3 times. Hoping staff will pay better attention to customers orders in the future.

Awful service and rude staff. Went through the drive thru and they told us to go wait at 1, it was not clearly marked and we went past it. So we parked in the lot and went in, our food had been left at the window and when we asked for it was treated poorly by the snarky staff. Do yourself a favor and find another McDonalds.

While at the restaurant, I encountered a senior female employee at the cash register who exhibited rude and aggressive behavior. To my surprise, she followed me into the bathroom to ask about my order, which made me very uncomfortable. I informed her that being approached in that manner was disruptive and unnecessary. I worked there for one day and they terminated me because the district manager said I was not respecting supervisors. As I was about to leave my shift early, I was washing my hands to punch out and the female shift manager started yelling at me to clock out now. I told her I have the right to wash my hands in a reasonable time. Later that day, the district manager who I saw using his own cell phone while working, the drive-through told me not to come back. I was there yesterday @ 3:41 pm I order a number 2 , I went through drive thru and there was a car broken down at the drive thru window pick up window. Why they didn't help push the car out of the way so it would not interrupt the drive thru line beats me but that is not my complaint ...
