I politely pointed out their tea was very weak, then sat and listened to the manager argue that it was fresh tea and that it was fine. She never spoke to me or addressed me although I could hear every word. The tea was fresh, and poorly made. I am not paying for watered down tea. The whole interaction was abysmal.
Karesh(Karish?) the service member was awful. We recieved older fries and asked for more fresh. They said yes and brought us back hot, hard, and brown fries. We went inside just to ask for them to be remade again because of this and Karesh was so defensive- he stated that we don’t make any sense and that he served the same thing to everyone. They just made a fresh batch and when we asked he repeated the same thing and said if we don’t want what everyone else is getting, we could get a refund. We ended up getting a new batch ... read more
