The employees attitude are terrible. I mentioned my coffee was wrong and asked for it to be corrected and both the girl at the window and make manager we're extremely rude and dismissive. There is only one employee that I've encountered that has a good attitude and it is the person that works the first window most mornings. Always nice and quick.
Order taker in drive thru was on phone texting when I pulled up to pay at the prices customers are paying usually businesses have a no phone usage policy period for employees during work hours, I can't hardly hear anything thru the speakers either UPDATE as of recently the speaker communication sounds better, however they got rid of the 5.00 breakfast oh well it was good while it lasted
