This is by far the cleanest McDonald's I’ve ever been to, and the service is a perfect 10/10. Highly recommend
I had a really disappointing experience at the McDonald’s inside Walmart in Laurel. After purchasing ice cream, I asked for a spoon and was told I had to pay $0.31 for it. That alone felt unnecessary, but what made it worse was the way it was handled. The manager, Waldiuo, was very condescending and dismissive. Not pleasant experience as a deaf person, they took advantage of looking away to make sure we cannot get their attention, and worker hit one my slushie and it spilled, they still give it to me and walked away. Ignoring us entire time, served people who ordered after me. Time to train your employees
