on some real shit, idk if management is neglecting the workers or something but every time I come here now, orders now take 20-30 minutes I’m rating it all one star to maybe spark a little urgency, but yeah, 20 minutes for a cold McChicjen sucks. Idk if it’s management or what but please. Update 10/30/2025: Waited 40 minutes for a McChicken, fries, and nuggies. When I told her, she said “i got the ticket five minutes ago” so yeah

I'm a Dash driver. I went to pick up food, but a black manager refused to give me the food and told me to leave. A kind staff member saw this and wanted to help me get the food, but he stopped her and told me to leave quickly or he would call the police. I don't know what mistake I made.
