Poor customer service.
The last 3 times in a row ive stopped here ive recieved the wrong order, now i get it I work at a restaurant too but this lack of care and customer service is absolutely unacceptable, it makes me embarrassed to work in the same industry.
I love waiting 25 minutes in a drivethro line.
