The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Terrible customer service. The staff was rude. My order was wrong. And then next time I went back, they locked the doors early and denied me service. 0 stars for this location
$12 for 20 chicken nuggets that were sitting in a heat lamp for 30 minutes served on October 28th@11:30, please do better, people don’t have the budget to buy bad food, they will simply stop paying these prices and just make their food at home
Went to the washroom to wash our hands before we eat. They had wet floor sign there and when we walked to the washroom it did leave some foot prints which I know is my bad and I even told the guy that its my bad and I even apologized for it but the way he walked away from us was very rude and he blocked off the way the washroom for everyone just coz he didn't wanted to mop again. The whole environment in this McDonald's was so depressing. Not going back there again.
Drive thru order... person could barely understand what I was even asking for. - no nugget sauce in the happy meals, no straws, no mcchicken sauce, no receipt - go in to get items - ask for hot mustard, sweet and sour sauce, and straws. Person working gives me 2 straws, hot mustard and habanero. I ask for another straw and end up with 4. I ask for sweet and sour and am handed another hot mustard. Brutal service.
