They gotta fix the ice cream machine and not take forever to move that line.
McDonald's employees are rarely happy, but this location...zero smiles, zero greeting, zero thank you,. NOTHING. Last 2 visits had missing items, called, they put my name on list, each time when I returned to receive missing product, THEY WROTE THE WRONG NAME DOWN. Hotcakes are more cold cakes, crunchy edges. Ugh. This location SUCKS
We went to place our order at the drive thru. Employee said she could not hear me. I spoke louder then she said do not scream at me. Placed our order for ice cream. When we drove around to pay we were informed the ice cream machine just stopped working. Left and went across the street at Wendy’s.
