They built a new McDonald's in Morden but didn't gain efficiency. I had enough time to check messages, emails, and write this review while waiting for my meal. Should tell you everything about every visit here.
Extremely slow service. We waited 29 minutes as the THIRD car in waiting. Then 2 more cars were asked to wait.once the attendant came to deliver or breakfast it was simply offered to us. No greeting. Apology. Explanation.Thank you or confirmation that we even got the right order. Unacceptable service.
Just wanted to apologize to the guy on drive through for definitely bringing down their times. They were extremely friendly though :)
Again and again my order is messed up. Either something from my order is missing or toppings that I asked to be removed are still on the burger. They put there fancy little paper on the wrapper that say no onions, no pickles. Take a bite of my burger and what do I get. A big disgusting mouthful of onions and pickles. Like is it that hard to make a burger.
