Just like the rest of Zephyrhills everything about this place is slow. Slow service. Slow cook time. Like not just 2,3 or 4 different visits but EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU COME TO THIS LOCATION expect to wait 10-25 minutes. No matter what you order. Could be coffee or 3. Large meals. Always taking forever. Even when placing order ahead of time with 4 digit code. Doesn’t do you any justice. Wonder if the manager/ owner will see all the bad reviews and do something about it 🤔
After placing my order at the drive-through, I encountered an extremely rude employee at the window. She was an older woman who displayed very poor customer service. She initially took my verbal order incorrectly, and when I politely corrected it at the window, she responded with noticeable attitude — scoffing and appearing visibly irritated.
