This is the absolute worst McDonald's in the entire country. They never have people at the cash register for ordering, orders are frequently wrong, and the drive through takes forever and makes you wait in a parking spot for simple orders. If my wife didn't force me to come here, I would never give this place my money. It seems they have five different "managers" on each shift and nobody knows what they are doing.
This use to be a good McDonalds, it just keeps getting worse. The fact I’ve given 5 extra tries to get orders, that are not even complicated, right is beyond giving grace. Doesn’t matter if they are busy or not, they can’t get it right. I’ve complained to management, not even looking for anything except better service, and nothing changes. You already pay for McDonald’s what you pay for a sit down restaurant, the least they could do is double check the order before they present it. They can and should do better.
