We went in to get some lunch, figured McDonald’s would be the fastest. Took about 20 minutes just to get our food as it usually does but got our order wrong. When we went to management to get it sorted out/get our food and condiments, they claimed we needed to pay for everything they had forgotten. Not sure if it’s a new thing to pay for something twice just to not get yelled at but at the local McDonald’s apparently it is.
We just had an "ice cream cone" and had to drink it! Served in a cup, upside down was not worth $2.69 each
Went in for lunch the staff was arguing amongst themselves it seemed like. I asked for a sandwich which with out ketchup looks like the just wiped the ketchup off a sandwich that was sitting under the warmer all day!
We went through the drive through and waited 15 minutes for our food. When we got the food, the fries were cold and limp. We ordered no cheese on 2 of the burgers and they had cheese. We went inside and then had to wait 10 minutes to get a sandwich with no cheese. We complained about the fries and they gave us new ones.
