It is ridiculous that there is no AC & there is only 1 open bathroom in this restaurant. When the AC & the not all the bathrooms could be used at my place of employment (2 separate incidences). My employer had to shut down & send everyone home with pay both times.
15 minute wait for an ice cream and a large soda
Should never take 30 minutes for a caramel frappe! This is supposed to be fast food and I know they have a machine that makes them. They literally only had to give it to me
