Very rude
Handed the drive thru team member cash & a promo receipt with code for a free sandwich. She handed me my change (bills) and I found after I left the drive thru that she gave me back the promo receipt also. I checked my new receipt and realized that she never honored the promo code & I was charged full price!
I don't want to be that guy, the past several times I have gone here on my way to work I have got the wrong order or cold food. I usually don't care, but when I am the only one in line is crazy.
