Lack of employees makes you wait in line or in lobby. Way too long. 20 minutes to get a ice coffee. Won't do it again, so I did it again and got the exact opposite of what I ordered so I had to go back through. Took a half hour. Was told people eight people quit. That would be a problem for some reason that many people are quitting. Not just coincidence
