Waited for 35 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers and a large ice tea!!! My cheeseburgers were cold and looked like they have been under the heat lamp for hours and all of the ice in my tea was completely melted. When I asked the young man who was just walking around this whole time " Hey bud do you know what the deal is with my food "??? He said that it's not his problem and I could go somewhere else so I'll take him up on that one and I'll never go back to this horrible place. This wasn't the first time this happened there!... read more
I work nearby. Every single time ive gotten food from here, rather drive through or inside; its always cold!! Always! Today took awhile to get waited on at counter. If I wasn't on a crunch for time, I would have taken food back up and asked for hot. This will be my last time coming here period!
The slowest and most inefficient McDonald's I have ever been too. Drive thru takes average over 30 minutes during lunch time. They get our order wrong multiple times, even when I order from the app.
