There are no 2 story golden arches out front to Mark this location only a tasteful sign with the logo. They hired a young gentleman to greet guests and wipe tables. So you should get a clean table here. Orders are on the kiosk unless you can catch someone at front cash. The dining area is modern and nice but lacks any cushioned seating with backs. Asked for a simple breakfast sandwich without egg. What I got was a crusty piece of steak on the sandwich, nothing else. No cheese, sauce, or onions. When I went in to get them replaced, I was met with attitude, and the MOD called the GM to complain to the GM that I came in asking for my food to be remade. Worst service I have had from any fast food, having worked for McDonald's in the past, I know the expectations they have for their staff and customer experience, I did not receive anything close.
This place is ridiculous. Every time I visit here I have to wait at least 10 minutes.And they make me pull into a reserved spot. I just go here cause it's convenient.Two times they have gotten my order incorrect. The staff is nice that's about it. Still ridiculous! I could hear employees fighting in the background, very unprofessional. The chicken nuggets I ordered were terrible! Dry and inedible. Apparently forgot how terrible it was last time. No more.
Worst Service. I was given cold food and then rude comments from the “manager”.
