Staff is very rude and speaks to you as if you were dumb, So in my opinion that makes this location, Very disappointing

Store number #6784. Receipt printer works more often than other stores in the metro area. Ice cream machine availability is 50%. Flip a coin and hope for the best. The exit to St. Charles is small so if someone is at the 2nd delivery window you may be blocked from exiting until they get their order.
Manager can't seem to read order receipts, then her INITIAL response was to raise her voice and treat me as though I was lying about not receiving HALF of my order, because she "bagged it herself". It took the [amazing] brand new employee correcting the manager with the receipt the manager read FOUR+ TIMES to even get her to slightly acknowledge her mistake, but instead of calming down and admitting/fixing HER mistake, she threw off her headphones off and told the other [amazing] employees she "can't keep doin' dis witch ya'... read more
I visited this location in New Orleans, La. my old stumping ground🥰! I worked there many moons ago😁! McDonald's remodel at this St. Charles Ave store . We didn't eat at the location, however from what we saw,it was fast service at the drive-thru and the front counter😍! The lighting was wonderful throughout the store and restroom. It's completely different than the old store, beautiful 😍!
