I decided to do the curbside order. It was still a long wait food was cold, I also ordered a milkshake waited so long the whipped cream melted. This was my last trip to McDonald's on Derr Rd.
The truth is, I've never gotten inconsistent service so much from any other restaurant that I finally chose to leave a review. This is now the 2nd review I've given for this McDonald's location. I don't understand it! So if it's me, please explain and I'll gladly admit my mistake and remove the review. I can attest to the last 3 visits I've made here to purchase a Caramel Frappe, I've received it only once. And I had to pull a stunt just to get the 'one'. It's always the machine is down for maintenance or it's being cleaned.... read more
Horrible service! Why did it take 21 freaking minutes to get 2 single iced coffees yet 3 other couples came in getting full on meals at least 10 minutes after I was in there and they left before me as well!
How can you not fill a large fry every time I have been here recently I have waited almost 20mins in the drive thru and the food is okay but they never fill the fries I order large and get not even a mediums amount
