Ordered for pickup in person and half of items missing, including burgers nuggets sauces
Half of items were missing worst Mc ever
Ordered takeout 7/11/25. Buns on the burgers were stale and covered in ketchup + everything including the fries were cold. Not the 1st time.Been coming to this particular location for as long as I can remember probably from day one. I grew up a block away.Between the new automation and 0 quality control or customer interaction, I can honestly say I'm done.. Not using McDonald's anymore. Automation is here and now. This location is not open 24 hrs. They close at 1am and I was advised I can only order on the app which I don't have. Mcdonals has changed that's for sure.
