I don’t hold my standards high for “fast food” but what happened today was absolutely disgusting and there is absolutely zero excuse for it. I bit into my burger and felt like there was something was in my mouth that shouldn’t be. Reached in and pulled out a 2 foot hair that was intertwined in the burger. Ordered on the app, while in the parking lot. Walked in immediately after placing the order. Food was already cold and of course items were missing. Had to wait for any one of the staff to pay attention, so I could get them to rectify the order. Found it amazing that food that just came out was already cold and the ice cream was already melted, $63 down the drain. Never again!
