I placed an order online and I got the confirmation from the app that the store was preparing my meal. When the driver got there to pick up my order he waited for more than one hour and did not get my order because the store said they had no received my order. Weird response because the app confirmed hours before. In the end I did not receive my meal and the driver wasted his time. Definitely not ordering from this store ever again
I placed a delivery order from this store through the McDonald's app. The delivery was by Uber and I didn't get it although it showed delivered. When I called the store I was told they have nothing to do with it and I should call Uber but they didn't have the number. I have ordered delivery from their competition and when there is a problem the competition's customer support deals with it. Obviously McDonalds do not believe in customer service.
