Your staff sucks. Gave us our food but not our drinks then wabt to argue and ignore me when we ask whete ate our drinks. I had young grandkids that were thirsty and didnt understand why they couldn't have there drinks. Rude woman up front. We go to McDonald's all the time and this one was on our way home off the interstate. I've never had problems like I did from here. Looking at all the complaints I've been reading looks like you should of already made changes to your employees.

Breakfast was good. Lunch was gross. Hamburger pink inside and cold. Both times I had lunch the meals were cold and very greasy. Very expensive too.

If you want to die of food poisoning then eat here. Can you say food poisoning. Ordered just a cheeseburger and I've been in the bathroom ever since. It's almost 24 hours now. If you value your life, bathroom and stomach avoid at all costs.

They always get my order wrong.They're very rude most of the time when you go to McDonald's there the deal's on their app.Just disappear any other place would honor that if you showed them.It happened right in front of them.But they're just very , very rude , especially the girl who's in plain clothing One time they gave my daughter a frozen piece of chicken in her food for breakfast.And they wouldn't reimburse it

I gave my £15 to the cashire and the food came but when i opened the rapper i noticed that my cheeseburger has no beef in it i only saw cheese and bacon i never asked for cheese and bacon there is no beef

every time i spend money here on delivery i get ducked over like a prick, these lil shits cant even get one order together right, i respect fast food workers as i used to be one but duck you and ill 1 star ya shop online aswell, shit shit shit every time, im sick of giving you 50-75 dollars for bullshit , mcdonalds should pull u off the list tbh u fucking suck and im going to fucking spend the rest of my life trying to let ppl know how shit you are, even the delivery drivers hate your store and stay away, they told me a few ... read more

Went thru drive thru. After going to both windows I was told to go to the third window. No problem.  I get my order and there are no sauces at all even thought the bag receipt states 2x. So I ask for sauce and they hand me one pack when there are two separate nugget orders. I get home and half the order is incorrect. McDonald’s is trash. This mcdonalds has improved significantly the last few times I have come here. Where they used to be slow and always missing things from my order, now the service was quick, the staff were extra helpful and friendly and everything was as it should be with my order. I appreciate the help and the service a lot when feeding 3 small children. Management has definitely improved.

I tried the mobile app for the first time today.  Order was placed at 6:15PM,  it took ten minutes to drive to the location.  I used the pick up at counter.  I took another ten minutes for the only clerk to retrieve the order and bring it to the counter.  The food had been sitting ten minutes according to the time on the ticket.  Needless to say the food was cold and lousy.  Very disappointed in this service.  Other people were inside shaking their heads with poor service.
