I lived in this community over 30 years but the professionalism and customer service is horrendous! I have ordered through the mobile app, I have ordered in in person and they always get my order basic simple order incorrect. Then, when I go back to get it corrected, they have a terrible negative attitude. The response I got quote"you should have checked the bag before you left". That was from the manager herself! Absolutely ridiculous that they can consistently provide terrible service. I had w of the three items incorrect,went back to get my fries fixed and they just dumped the medium fries into a large container. They regularly ignore the instructions on food items and it's honestly a joke because it wasn't even busy when I went
