Drove twice to drive thru. No one to obtain my order. Drove a third time. By this time, a car was in front of me at pickup window. Still none at drive thru! I overheard the guy that was suppose to be at drive thru complaining to the customer in car in front of me about ME not waiting in drive thru! He states that they are short staffed…Is that my fault? This restaurant has really gone down. The one of menu consoles was not working. The cashier didn't want to be bothered. After being unprofessional I just canceled the order and walked out. He was being absolutely ridiculous.
