I went through the drive through this AM, ordered a Chicken McGriddle with egg and cheese. When I got home, opened it up - just McGriddle buns with some cheese... no chicken... no egg..... Charged an extra 2$ for an egg and didn't even get the Chicken from my Chicken McGriddle. Do better guys.
New ownership. They locked all three washrooms, you have to try to get codes to enter from busy staff. Food quality + service diminished, teensagers allowed play roughhouse in playroom harassing small children. Total change in this location. Run Run Run.
Ordered a fudge sunday add caramel. No idea why they decided to add strawberry 🤢 Extremely disappointed. So much for treating myself on nightshift. They'll also ignore your lane when you order through drive through. I watched 3 cars get their order taken in the other lane before i decided to just drive up, THAT is when they took the order for the car behind me, and didn't even comp my meal. Crappy customer service at best. Offered "a drink or a pie" as compensation for making me late for work by ignoring my lane.
