The worst customer service! Rude staff and no professionalism!
Need better management to teach their staff good customer service! Cold food is a no go coming thru drive thru. Don’t waste your money. I see why staff unprofessional Caucasian with blue like shirt female rude as hell as she argued with customer
Sat in line 10 minutes and the cars in front of me never moved. Cars were leaving and I left, too. They lost more than one sale this time.
I am honestly appalled by my experience at this McDonald’s today. I placed an order on the mobile app and went to pick it up through the drive-through when I gave the cashier my code. She told me that she could not find my order but somehow she knew my name I was told to go to the window and spoke with the manager, who said that the order was not showing up and that I could pay for it again and I might receive a refund, but they couldn’t give me one. The employee working at the drive through window tonight around 7pm was very unprofessional…first she didn’t take our order at the screen we sat there for about 15 minutes before cars started honking horns at us to move almost immediately after I pulled up, I overheard heard her taking the next persons order my daughter and I waited 30 minutes in line in total just for her to deny us service again at the window….she didn’t apologize for not taking our order and instead, she says pull back around and get back in line…after wa... read more
