I came through the drive thru this morning 4/16 around 5:30am and the older lady running it has TERRIBLE drive thru manners. Yelling through the microphone and had an attitude
Food was yummy but the old woman working the window was doing a horrible job. Didn’t say 1 word to me at the window, basically threw my food at me

Customer service couldn't be worse. 10 minutes waiting on food then 10 more minutes standing first in line before someone offered help. Place is a mess, trash everywhere, bathroom looks like it hasn't been wiped down in weeks. there's a ton of workers on the floor and it seems like they're falling a bit behind. The kiosks if anything are hurting their business. Recept says "thank you valued customer" but it doesn't feel that way. Normally I don't do this, but something should be addressed here.
