I never have problems at McDonald’s but this time I got very poor service from the staff.
Before I retired, I came by this McDonalds regularly on the way to work and always received great service. My how that has declined. The order kiosk concept has created an environment where customer service apparently isn't necessary. Since the kiosk said I would have to pay there, I went to the counter. I would had given it NO STARS but I couldn’t leave a review on this location. I’m beyond disappointed I had my pregnant wife with me & she was craving some large fries & cold Diet Coke. Waited in the drive-thru line for over 20 mins. Was giving what I ordered just to hand to my wife she said the fries were cold has if they were an old batch from earlier this afternoon & they had no salt.
