First off the door has clearly posted that the dining room is open til 12 and they lock the doors at 10 pm. The overnight time manager seems like she wants everyone she encounters to have a bad day and she wants to cause it. If you're not gonna give good customer service in a job that is all about great customer service maybe you should switch professions. My husband had to went dinner for us and our daughter and he paid for the food and he sat there for 30mins for our food just to be told our order was never put in the system so my husband sat for 30 mins for nothing until he asked how much more longer and they told him his order was never put in and then on top of that one of our meals had a large and they gave him a small fry and he said he had a large fry and the lady was rude to my husband said he needs to take the small fry bc they already turned off their fryers but the... read more
