Terrible customer service and lack of common sense. I went to this McDonald’s and asked to sub Mac sauce on my double cheeseburger—not add it, just swap the regular sauce for Mac sauce. The employee told me I couldn’t do that and said I’d have to pay an extra $0.30, even though I was literally subbing it and not asking for extra. Waited 20 minutes in drive thru to get my food! They acted like asking for no ice in my soda was a huge deal, and then gave me my items with no monopoly stickers on them... I literally ordered what I did for the monopoly game! Horrible service and their drive thru is broken!
This is the worse location ever the stuff are so rude and very slow and always get my order wrong smh.
Had to wait a half hour for a Happy meal and two cheeseburgers and the floor was a mess
