Every time I’ve tried to go to this McDonald’s after midnight, you can clearly see that employees are inside, but nobody ever takes your order. Last night, I went to the drive thru, but both drive thru lanes were blocked with wet floor signs. I tried to go inside as well and the door was also locked. It wouldnt be a big deal if this store wasn’t 24/7, but since in claims to be, there are people who rely on it as one of the few places around open so late.
It was fine experience but when I went, they in the evening, it was so busy. They need staff to assist in the late afternoon evening times, especially in summer. This won't take me from McDees.

Disappointed with my experience at the McDonald’s on Shady Oak Rd in Minnetonka, MN. My child politely asked for a cup holder, and a manager stepped in and spoke to us rudely while another employee was already helping. This is the second time we’ve had an issue with the same manager. Families deserve to be treated with respect. #McDonalds
