We ordered curbside and the food took a long time to get us and didn't taste great. Fries tasted like cardboard, mcflurry and icee were partially melted, and the iced macchiato tasted burnt. At least the ranch chicken snack wraps were good, but I'm never coming back to this one.

I recently had a disappointing experience at McDonald's. I ordered a hamburger and fries, specifically requesting that the fries be cooked fresh. Upon arriving at the window, the fries were brownish and lukewarm, and the attendant (whose name tag read Libest or something similar) claimed they were freshly cooked.
