Man they sure are getting stingy on the rewards. It used to be 1500 points for an iced coffee, 1500 points for a mcchicken.... They all went up? From 1500 to 3500 for a 3 dollar iced coffee?! Lol crazy, makes you want to just stop using the app all together. Its almost not even worth it anymore. You spend $35 to get 3500 points. So you get a free 2 dollar item for spending 35 dollars, doesn't really seem like a "reward" or spend 35 dollars to get a 3 dollar iced coffee. Went but clerk just left us there! We even called her to get her attention and she totally ignored us!
Literally every single time I order online, I have to wait almost an hour for my food. To top it all off, the order is not even right the fact this McDonald’s still has customers is mind boggling to me. Your management sucks. Your staff sucks. Your food sucks. The only benefit you have going for you is that Pampa also sucks and has a small selection to choose from. I look forward to the day they get new management here.
