Homeless people everywhere and employees with backpacks taking seating away from paying guests.
Just waited in the drive thru for well over 30 minutes for a small order. Only one cook which was the manager. Someone ahead of me ordered 90 chicken nuggets and the manager thought it was a great idea to keep them waiting in line instead of having them go around and park so they could take care of the other cars waiting. Needs to learn how to schedule more workers or multitask. Horrible experience.
It's everything you want McDonald's to be. The space is recently remodeled with a clean play place that even includes 2 gaming screens and a tv with cartoons. The service was fast and efficient with a few booths with a clear view of the play place so your kids can play while you eat without losing sight of them.
