To be honest i was having an amazing night until i went to this McDonalds it was 12 am . I waited 15 minutes at the window to be handed cold food and the burgers were messed up. I asked for the manager he came Up to the window as if i was bothering him. When i spoke to him he told me thats jus how It is and rolled his eyes very unprofessionally. They need help at this establishment. He acted as if i was bothering him the told me he has no employees. I will be reaching out to corporate with the video from my experience.
The food was fresh when I eventually got it. It took almost a half hour for 2 qp's, 2 fries and a shamrock shake. It wouldn't have been as bad if there was any communication from the staff about the extended wait time. The didn't take orders or even talk to customers, the filled orders and called numbers before just leaving the food on the counter before going in the back and starting the next order.
