Disappointing Customer Service I visited this McDonald’s on October 27, 2026, and left extremely disappointed with how a simple $3 app discount issue was handled. I attempted to redeem a $3 promotion through the McDonald’s app, but when the employee entered my code, he told me it was invalid. I’m updating this review on 10/23/26, I came in at 10:45 PM on a Saturday and it wasn’t busy but my food had to be made fresh, which is fine. I’m a fast food worker myself so I understand at night time It takes a little longer. I had asked the kid if the apple pies were fresh or if they were sitting for a little bit. he said no they’re completely fresh, but he said if I wanted one, he would make one fresh. The few times I’ve been here didn’t really have problems with my orders, but this time there were quite a few things to list, and the store doesn’t really make it easy to approach issues. I got a couple items from my order missing. I understand in costumer service sometimes things happen, I just can’t comprehend how so many of these things happen in the same order.
