I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the wonderful experience I had today at the McDonald’s drive-thru. The employee who assisted me was incredibly patient, friendly, and professional. I could tell they genuinely cared about providing great customer service and made my visit so much more pleasant. It’s rare to come across such a positive attitude, and I’m grateful for the smooth, quick service. Keep up the great work—thank you for making my day a little better!
Would you like a 9 piece nugget with the wrong sauce and some room temp fries? Great! Then this location is for you. They also offer the unforgettable experience of having to drive back and ask them where the burger patty is that's supposed to be on your "cheeseburger." Do you love waiting in your car for ten minutes only to have them still get your order wrong? Yes? Great! We know you'll come back to this location because here at NAS Lemoore, it's your only option!
This McDonald's is convenient for those that live on Base, work, or have to conduct business at NAS Lemoore, that reason alone 5/5! However, the service here is 2/5. Most of the time that I've visited the service was so poor and the workers don't greet you or they look upset, a few times I've had the workers seem welcoming and appear to be in a good mood.
