Just got my food and my burger is a mess the ketchup is everywhere. I don’t understand why because you literally have to go out your way to make it that bad.
Drive through has a male that gave me the wrong order one day and forgot half my order the next. Asked for bbq and ketchup. He dumped the whole container of ketchup (about 20 packets) in my bag and gave me honey. His behavior was unacceptable he should be repremanded. I had to go back in for what i was supposed to get and the manager was no prize either. Did nothing of the sort to right the issue just gave me what i was missing.
New tagline idea: “please pull around and wait for your order”. 95% of the time, they don’t have your order ready at the window, for the simplest of orders🙄
